RMA - Return Material Authorization Within thirty (30) days of receipt of your merchandise we will gladly accept your returns (except for Clearance and electrical items). All returned merchandise must be uninstalled, unused and in new condition. The returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, and include all the parts, instructions, and accessories. Opened packages may be subject to additional fees if all items and documentation are not returned. To return merchandise, you must first contact us at 1-951-351-1315 for a RGA # (only valid for fifteen (15) days) and return shipping address. Send merchandise prepaid and insured, RGA # printed on the box and include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. A refund will be issued less actual/original shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Allow 3 to 4 weeks for refund to appear on your original method of payment.
